across the nation to appreciate the safety and excellence of the
cheerleading world. The organization will help build individuals
into leaders and teams into champions!

The founder of UCE, Molly Shreffler has over 20 years of gymnastics
and cheerleading experience. Molly has proven her ability to create a
successful program and displays a superior standard of working with
children. Molly is a member of USASF, member of the Ohio Cheerleader
Association, Michigan Cheerleader Association, Safety Certified and a
professional member of USA gymnastics. Molly has a bachelor degree in
Business Management and has created and directed multiple gymnastics
and cheerleading programs. Her experience includes; Cheerleading
Director, University of Louisville cheerleader, 15 years of coaching
competitive all-star cheerleading, level 9 gymnast, Choreographer,
Certified Judge, Ohio and Michigan representative for Cheer Champion
Express, and has worked for various cheerleading companies such as
UCA, CTC, CCE, and COA
She has won awards such as Top Gun Tumbler at NCA collegiate camp
and placed 4th and 6th individual COA Nationals.

expertise in this incredible sports we call cheerleading and gymnastics! I
have devoted my energy to the cheerleading industry and will continue to
share knowledge and enrich those who seek it!"

Ashley Coder is an all-star cheerleading coach for the K&S All-stars.
Ashley attends The Ohio State University where she is studying Special
Education. Ashley has been involved in cheerleading for over 8 years. She
was a varsity cheerleader in high school for 3 years. Ashley has been
involved in all-star cheerleading for eight years. Ashley has been on
several all-star teams over the years, but her fondest memories are with
the most recent team she was on, Step One All-stars! Ashley has
individually won 10+ National titles and 10+ National titles with Step One
All-stars! Ashley is currently an assistant coach for Step One All-stars
special needs cheerleading team.
